At our community-focused eye care service, these appointments ensure your treatments are working effectively, your recovery is on track, and your vision remains clear. Purpose of a Review / Follow-Up Consultation Monitor Progress – Track improvements in vision and the effectiveness of prescribed treatments or medications. Vision & Pressure Testing – Conduct Visual Acuity and eye pressure tests to detect concerns such as glaucoma early. Ongoing Condition Monitoring – Use diagnostic imaging and testing to follow the progression of conditions like cataracts or retinal changes. Post-Surgical Care – Ensure safe healing after cataract surgery, LASIK, or lens replacement, and address any side effects. Treatment Review – Assess how current treatments (medications, lenses, or surgeries) are working and make adjustments if needed. Personalised Care Planning – Outline the next steps in your treatment or recovery, with advice tailored to your lifestyle and long-term vision needs. Community Support & Guidance – Provide reassurance, lifestyle tips, and clear directions for ongoing care within our supportive eye health network. Cancellation Policy

Online Appointment Policy – Putting Community Eye Care First At our centre, we are committed to delivering high-quality, accessible eye care services for the community. To help us serve you better and ensure smooth access for all patients, we kindly request you to review our appointment policy: Appointments – All consultations require advance booking to ensure personalised attention. Walk-ins may be accommodated only if slots are available. Booking Confirmation – Online appointments are confirmed via call, SMS, or email. Please ensure your contact details are accurate so we can stay connected. Cancellations & Rescheduling – If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another patient in the community. Late Arrivals – Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, in order to respect the time of other patients. No-Show Policy – Repeated missed appointments may require a deposit for future bookings to ensure fair access for everyone. Emergency Cases – Urgent care will be accommodated based on availability. We encourage you to call ahead so we can prioritise your needs. Payments – Payment for services is due at the time of the visit unless prior arrangements have been made.
