Whether you are experiencing vision problems or simply seeking a comprehensive check-up, this consultation lays the foundation for personalised care tailored to your specific needs. At the heart of our service is a community-focused approach—bringing expert eye care closer to you, with accessible and advanced services designed to support long-term vision health within your local community. What To Expect During Your Consultation Review of medical history – including personal and family history, as well as any current vision abnormalities or symptoms. Vision assessment – Visual Acuity Test to measure distant vision and Refractive Error Evaluation to identify conditions such as myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, and presbyopia. Eye health examinations – External eye check to assess the eyelids, tear ducts, and surrounding areas, plus an internal eye examination using a slit lamp or ophthalmoscope to inspect the cornea, retina, and optic nerve. Eye Pressure Test – to check for glaucoma and related conditions. Diagnostic imaging (if necessary). Consultation with your ophthalmologist – findings will be explained in detail, ensuring you feel informed and supported. Personalised treatment recommendations – tailored to your needs, with clear guidance on next steps. How to Prepare for Your Appointment Bring your current prescription glasses or contact lenses (if applicable). Provide a list of medications or supplements you are taking. Note down any specific symptoms or vision concerns to share with your doctor. Cancellation Policy
Online Appointment Policy – Putting Community Eye Care First At our centre, we are committed to delivering high-quality, accessible eye care services for the community. To help us serve you better and ensure smooth access for all patients, we kindly request you to review our appointment policy: Appointments – All consultations require advance booking to ensure personalised attention. Walk-ins may be accommodated only if slots are available. Booking Confirmation – Online appointments are confirmed via call, SMS, or email. Please ensure your contact details are accurate so we can stay connected. Cancellations & Rescheduling – If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another patient in the community. Late Arrivals – Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, in order to respect the time of other patients. No-Show Policy – Repeated missed appointments may require a deposit for future bookings to ensure fair access for everyone. Emergency Cases – Urgent care will be accommodated based on availability. We encourage you to call ahead so we can prioritise your needs. Payments – Payment for services is due at the time of the visit unless prior arrangements have been made.
